Here are some of the things we’re looking for:

-  A minimum of 2+ years previous work experience and relevant experience in internet architecture and software development.

-   Good experience in: Python (Django) and JavaScript

-  Expertise in object-oriented programming and design patterns (primarily MVC)

-  Hands on experience in database design, SQL

-  Experience in TDD based development

-  For front end development specialist

-  Proficient in web based technologies, i.e. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, HTTP

-  Exposure in any XML technology.

-  Experience with GitHub – Show Us Your Git!

-  Innovativeness; ability to think outside the box

-  Creativity and problem-solving ability
